I do not recommend this rental agency! I booked a car online where the price for a two-day rental was $70. Upon arrival, it turned out the cost would be over $200. The employee hadn't informed me beforehand about the additional insurance. Also, at the time of booking, they demanded to see my arrival and departure flight tickets. I also visited Hertz and Alamo, and neither of them asked for flight tickets.

Don’t rent from these people! They will eat your money up! First time trying them due to great reviews but unfortunately those reviews are probably their own coworkers. Sad to say. They need to retrain all their employees on how to work costumer service desk. They took my deposit without even explaining why! Find out they ripped me off. Save you time and your deposit go to Alamo, enterprise or national they don’t charge you an arm and a leg like ACE. First time costumer and this is what my experience is. My cost went from ~$400 online to ~$1,200 in-person. I literally walked away from the desk, went over to AVIS and got sorted in minutes. I left hidden-fee city. No thanks. Stay away.
