The vehicle itself was acceptable, and the after-hours return ultimately worked, but I would not rent from ACE at DFW again. My main issue was the toll option. At the counter, I explained that I expected minimal toll use and had planned to pay tolls myself. I was told Dallas no longer had a cash toll option, and the Toll Tag option was presented to me as $13.99. I later found out it was charged as $13.99 per day for five rental days, totaling $69.95. Closed from 1:00-5:00 am So you have to wait 1-4 hours if you come after 1:00 am . It is not good ; especially that time the person is very tired after travelling. So they have to do something better for that .
