Waited awhile but the staff was helpfull and friendly

After a 3 hour delay trying to get to NY. We were told we couldn't get the car we reserved because the Time passed for pickup. The representative set us up with a great running car after being told we may not get one 🕐 we lucked out. A very patient representative took care of us. Thank you.

Horrible experience! They tried to strong arm me to get insurance through them, when I was already covered through my cc and personal auto insurance. When I said this to the rep, he told me to stop speaking and listen to him. He then provided some link so I could upload my insurance information by logging into my insurance company's website.
