Made a mini van reservation (through priceline) 5 days in advance for family road trip on Sunday (Aug.16 2026). Got a call from Drivo/ACE the night before (Aug.15 2026) that they won't have the mini van at pick up time (8:00 am), and offered to downgrade to smaller suv or wait for 4hrs. Cancelled family road trip plan. Kids are sad.
