Scammy. Showed up for a Labor Day weekend rental and was told because we were driving to Vermont, literally a neighboring state, that we’d have to pay like $150 bucks extra for a “geofence violation.” Since it’d be impossible to rebook we had to just eat that cost, which ended up making it more expensive than other rental places. If you plan on going out of state, absolutely do not rent from here. The staff was nice though.
Otis was FANTASTIC! The best service I've EVER RECEIVED! The folks there went above and beyond! That guy OTIS... he deserves a raise.
Doni was very helpful and patient he has great customer service skills. I was very pleased with his service he was very kind.
Car pickup was efficient. Car drove well and met expectations! Doni was helpful assisting seniors!
