I have rented car here so many times. Cars were nice but one staff was not so nice for me, and Emily (service operator) helped me refund the deposits that I dont have to pay ahead. Thank you.

Be careful with this company unless you don't mind to pay extremely high insurance fee even if you got your insurance or there is the insurance coverage on your credit card, it doesn't matter they try to scam me thankfully I was able to cancel and rented from good company Hertz.
They didn't have a car available for 1-2 hours, despite us having a paid reservation. We were on a tight timeline and had to cancel the reservation. My kids were extremely upset we were not able to make it to our destination today.
