I’m Here Visiting Vegas From Minnesota And Rented A Car Through Expedia From Ace. And When We Arrived, We Was Greeted By Nelle Who Was Very Nice Helpful And Respectful. We Was Then Helped By Reinna Also Very Nice Helpful & Respectful. Reinna Checked Us In Right Away And Our Rental Was Ready. She Also Told Us About Different Interesting Food Places To Try And Fun Places To Visit Why’ll We Are Here. I Most Definitely Will Be Renting From Ace Again. Thanks Lady’s
Nelle & Reinna were EXTREMELY helpful & kind. We came from another car rental place that was poorly ran by very careless individuals & both Nelle & Reinna quickly helped get us moving. We really appreciate them for making our Vegas trip go a lot more smoothly.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER fall for their third party booking prices - unless of course you are a tourist. But Heaven forbid you be a resident - you will be penalized for it. I came in already having paid for the car rental - only to learn they they wanted $367 more - simply because I was a local. The manager Rolondo was kind enough to take off $100 - but you'd best believe I will never ever bother with this place again. Stay away from this company at all cost. Extremely slow in their service, even on a slow day. The employees would rather chit chat than helping customers get their vehicles in any timely fashion. Stood in line for over an hour with 3 customers in the front. Pay the slight extra money for Enterprise or National instead. Hard lesson learned. This car rental service is also very far from the airport that requires two shuttles to get to.
