The company did not advise that basic protection was optional when I arrived to pick up my car. When I tried to rebuttal, they said you signed for it so there is nothing they could do. It tried to cancel the rest of the protection over the weekend but they advised the main office was closed. Bad experience from my side. Be careful of the extra fees they will put on
