My family and I have never rented from them before but they might’ve just become our new go-to when we visit Vegas. The check in process with Gio was smooth, he was very clear and concise almost as if he was reading from a script which is honestly very impressive. The first car we got smelled like smoke so we returned it and they swapped it out for us no problem which we really appreciated. Off site from the airport but had shuttle service. The driver was extremely friendly and visited with us while we checked in. The staff was nice and offered us an upgrade which we took. The vehicle was nice and the return was seamless
