I rented a car here on short notice but you get what you pay for. The inside of car was so stained and dirty she had to put on seat covers while waiting. Dirt in the crevices and the paint was faded in a lot of spots, especially the door handles. After I picked the car up went to the hotel, i started with a sore throatand runny nose. I didn't even want to get into the car it felt unclean. Was looking for a car tonight they popped up at $40 GREAT PRICE not worth the paranoia or cold.

This experience was awful. Rented a car for 2 days through expedia and booked well in advance. Arrived and was told to come back in 1 hour that the car was not ready. Came back and was told to wait another 30 mins. During the wait another customer walked in and they were served before me. I complained and they said my car was undergoing cleaning. Very poor excuse. Ended up waiting 2 hours for my rental. I would not recommend. Unprofessional

I’m big on customer service and so I must say the experience was easy going but Shanequa at the front desk was so pleasant!! She was welcoming not just to me in person but the people on the phone as well. I would recommend them over some of these big name companies!!!

This would have been my second time renting from them. The first time they did not have a car when I showed up, so I had to rent a car next day. I reserved a car online again and called today to confirm the reservation for tomorrow and was advised that the car does NOT come with unlimited mileage. They policy just changed to 100 miles a day and 35 cent per mile. Where they do that!? AT ACE🤣🤣🤣Not mad, but if you can afford an extra hundred dollars go over to enterprise. I booked a same day rental on Expedia for under $200. When I arrived, Shanequia Butler greeted me and was super friendly. She made the process super quick, affordable and I understand all of the terms of my rental agreement by the time I left. I would highly recommend.
