Picking up the car was super easy. The guy at the reception was really nice and he explained everything really well and even answered our questions that we felt really safe renting a car. Economical and great, reliable service! It’s a bit confusing at first when you go to the rental area of the airport, but there was an ACE desk out of the way from the main area on the other side of HERTZ, you pick up the phone, and you’ll be directed to take a shuttle which takes you to the actual ACE rental location. Other than the initial confusion, it’s great!

I forgot some items in the back seat. They let me know they had them. It cost me $80 (Alaska) in freight. They sent me 10% of the items, valued at about $20.
