Lou was amazing, I appreciate him so much. Wonderful customer service. Got me safely to and from.
No. Just no. When I booked, I did not realize it was offsite from the actual airport in Minneapolis. Took almost fifteen minutes to come get me from the airport in a shuttle, ten minute shuttle ride, ten minute wait in line and then the staff wasn't the least bit friendly or helpful. The guy who gave us the car was actually very rude... Wish I had gotten his name. I was also offered a "free" upgrade and ended up being charged a hundred and fifty dollars... So I repeat myself...No.
