After traveling to Washington, DC, I returned on March 2, 2026, intending to rent another car for six days. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Worst experience ever. Rented a car from them back in December 2025 and I still have not received my $300 deposit!! I’ve called multiple times and they said “it will be transferred to my credit card” it has yet to be transferred! They said there was a “mistake” in the deposit of my money that the money would be wired transferred to my card the same day I made the call or the next day.Never received anything. Horrible experience!! We had rented from another company and the car wasn't available so they sent us to ACE at MSP airport. I was shocked when I got the bill when I turned in the car. The actual car rental was a about $385 and the total was over $700. The fees were OUTRAGEOUS!! I would walk before I ever rent another car from them! STAY AWAY!!
This place was a trip. The wife wanted to save a buck and of course that come with a whole bunch of mis communication between 3rd party sites rules and we don't honor this and that. Car tires were not filled with air for the snow received tires with 20 psi regulation for car is 30 yes it's was snowing but still should be checked by the the 2 dudes standing around.
