Great service, great price, very nice car with apple play, and Jim the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and had a lot of knowledge around the State Fair.

Off site, NOT AT AIRPORT, could tag 35 minutes onto your trip. I would go with any other rental company, as the others are all at the airport and take minutes. Took 10 minutes to locate, no signs and in a corner by itself. 20 minutes to wait for shuttle, 10 minute drive. 5 minutes to get car.
Andrea-was amazing, helped us get right into a car and was kinda and very helpful. Scott-was amazing as well. Gave us all the info about the city and places to go and was very kind and full of information for us.
