I have known Tracy and Tim since they were small kids. Their parents were dear friends of mine. When it came time this year for me to purchase two mini-split units, I chose Ace Refrigeration. I cannot say enough good things about Ace Refrigeration. I could set my watch by their timeliness, their work was professional, their work was also neat and clean, and the bill was the exact same amount as their bid (no extra costs nor hidden fees). I HIGHLY recommend Ace Refrigeration. They are excellent!
I'm writing this a former HVAC guy, Caden was fantastic! Very detail oriented and not afraid to use resources available to him. He was personable and thought explained his process. The bill wasn't that bad, either!
I do the maintenance in an apartment complex and whenever we have an issue, they're very rapid in responding and generally are able to address the situation professionally and are always very curious
