I needed a heat pump repaired quickly and a quick Google search turned up Ace with a tonne of great reviews. Mark was able to help quickly (not expected, but appreciated!), communicated well and timely, and the technician, Mo, arrived on time and got the work done professionally and quickly. I've added Ace to my contacts for next time! :) Seriously, a very positive experience.
They were so easy to deal with, kept me in the loop when there were delays. They were always responsive when I had questions or concerns and helped me with the paperwork for efficiency NS grants. Overall I would highly recommend Mark and his team for your projects.

The best customer service I have received in a long time. I called in the morning and Mark came that same day to repair my heat pump. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
