I was first approached by Ace Heat Pumps through a door visit, but no card or contact info was left. When my scheduled appointment passed and no one showed, I had to use my security footage to find out who the company was. Communication was confusing from the start — times were changed without notice, and appointments were rescheduled without my consent.
