We work with Ace Disposal on a daily basis at their local transfer station, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide! Their staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make our job easier. As a locally owned business ourselves, we truly appreciate working with a company that values customer service and treats its customers right. One of the things we appreciate most is their honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, unlike some of the experiences we've had with larger ... read more
If I could give this company a 0 I would. Our neighborhood has its bulk waste pickup every 4th Thursday, every time we have something to get picked up they skip us. Amazing service my favorite garbage truck is back 428 and the side logo is cool haven't seen these trucks in years so glad to see them back since the other ones have been up for sale hopefully 428 will stay for a long time
They missed my can on regular pickup day. I called, they said they would put it on the schedule. Still now three days later and three phone calls later and it's still waiting in the street to be picked up. I am so aggravated that nobody is listening. They just act like it's no big deal. My can is full. I did yard work and filled it up for the regular pick up day. Where do they want me to put my garbage for the week till they come again? NOT a happy customer.
4:30 am on a Saturday... trash pickup..... c'mon seriously??
