We’ve had issues over the years with missed pick up days and bags of trash being left because they can’t fit them in the bin. I don’t see another way to share photos with the CO. Good customer service though when calling.
Our entire street got missed for our recycle pick up. I called Ace & spoke to Ashlie and she put in a request to pick up the next day. She then texted me confirmation that it would happen. I let all our neighbors know & we had no issue the next day with the pick up. It was handled very professionally.
They miss my recycling can all the time and I have been told that they will come tomorrow and they don’t
