I see some bad reviews here, my experience was fine. They were very quick. A lot of other reviews said they tightened the oil drain plug way to tight, I haven’t checked mine so it’s possible they did, but just based on the service experience it was quick and efficient
Ive taken my vehicle here every time for oil changes and now they tell me they dont want to do it because someone rounded the drain plug out too much to take off. Should have done it myself from the start instead of trusting and paying "professionals" to do. Lesson learned.
I will not go back!! Oil filter on so tight they sent me away. Refunded my money. They were the ones that changed the oil the previous time. I took the truck to another shop. They had to use a pipe wrench and a cheater pipe to remove the filter and had replace the filter cap. Don’t go there!!!
In and out .never left the car dog intact . Got free dog biscuit. Good for 3 mos.
