Terrible customer service, no follow through. Blaming footprints in the bottom of pool on chemical issues. We tried for months to get info for plaster company with no luck. After 1 1/2 yrs they say they have filled contract and gave up name of company and we should direct all questions to them. Passing the buck at its finest. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.
