These people are the rudest i have ever dealt with. Our toilets began to overflow a few days before Christmas. I called at around 3 to set an apt up and bc they were booked wanted to charge me over 400 worth or fees for time and a half. The plumber was a douchebag, laughed and made stupid comments and when the receptionist called for a follow up and I said I wasn't satisfied she was rude as well.
