Tom went out of the way to replace our tub/shower with an accessible shower for my husband after his motorcycle crash. Tom made sure everything was done correctly and stood behind his work. He even came back to fix a leak completely unrelated to the original project stating he guaranteed no leaks and that's what he meant. Exceptional man. Exceptional work.
Tom's service was professional, trustworthy, and very flexible with our schedule. While putting in our new tub he found the subfloor had rotted and quickly fixed it for a reasonable price. Overall, we're very pleased and will be contacting him for any future plumbing needs!
