Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They were able to locate a hard to find part for my water heater so I could fix the same day. Thanks!
I am a contractor who has an account with them and they still charged me FOUR times the amount for a capacitor that I can get it at my local supply houses, or online. They associate was polite and they had what the part I needed so that is why I am giving two stars instead of one. I feel like I got ripped off though.
