One of their drivers, a young fat guy with a mustache and curly hair driving a va, almost hit me as I was crossing Glenmore. Dude recklessly blasted through the intersection and I had to get out of the way. Maybe you should vet your drivers or provide better training. Brutal

On the first day, they checked my AC for about an hour. They couldn’t fix it, so they just put a wet use and dirty towel on the compressor to cool it down. The next day, someone came to check the model of my AC to see if they could replace it, then left after about 10 minutes. Now they’re charging me $600 just for putting a wet towel on the compressor. They didn’t even fix it! What a rip-off.
Amazing! Had a rough start with our newer installed carrier hvac from a different company. After a few months of dealing with the other hvac business I called Ace. Right away they treated me like I was a longtime customer and worked with their supplier and got us a brand new warranty replacement! Am beyond blown away, we are now customers for life. Highly recommend
EDIT: I'd like to address the reply as I can see by previous reviews that they're more interested in just replying to reviews rather than actually fixing the problem at hand. The 'confirmation' shared was them saying they preferred to use the wall switch, not requesting you to disable the remote by installing the wrong parts. As for the fireplace panel, yes—the home sat vacant for several months. But your technician was the only one to open the fireplace during that time. No one else touched it.
