Scotti was awesome! I was nervous based on some previous piercing trauma, but she talked me through the process and gave me a painless nostril piercing! Her placement was immaculate. She was very knowledgable and talked me through the healing process and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I definitely trust her for future piercings.

Scotti really takes her time with sizing and placement and explains the process and aftercare so well. She makes you feel very comfortable and welcome in her shop. You can tell she takes hygiene and sanitation very seriously. I would recommend her to anyone :)

Had such a great experience here! I was very nervous going into the appointment, but Scotti made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She talked me through the whole appointment and was very informative. She was so kind and funny, as well as made my experience much easier and better than I expected. I believe the best way to show the customer service at this location was my experience after my appointment. She made sure I was okay before leaving, and I felt okay, just shaky.
