We had Ace out in January. He caught 2 rats in our attic which we were happy about. However, he patched up holes on the exterior of our house that look terrible. We were originally told that they were temporary but they are in fact permanent and look like patch work on the facia that we just replaced this summer. He told us he was going on vacation.
