After rupturing my ACL and having an ACL reconstruction, ACE Performance not only helped me physically, but mentally get through the journey. Being in a supportive environment made me very motivated to return to basketball again. My knee has never been stronger and I’m also feeling fitter, stronger and faster overall. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially for rehab.

After meniscus surgery and two months on crutches, I returned to ACE Performance Mt Waverley having lost significant muscle in my left leg. Aiden, Deen, and the entire ACE team were incredible throughout my rehab. They created a thorough, structured program that targeted every aspect of my leg strength and movement to rebuild everything I’d lost. Very poor service and zero communication. After signing up, they never answer phone calls and do not reply to emails. I emailed them clearly asking to stop my direct debit as my kids were going overseas for two months. They ignored the email completely and continued charging my account. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to stop payments.
