After rupturing my ACL and having an ACL reconstruction, ACE Performance not only helped me physically, but mentally get through the journey. Being in a supportive environment made me very motivated to return to basketball again. My knee has never been stronger and I’m also feeling fitter, stronger and faster overall. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially for rehab.

After meniscus surgery and two months on crutches, I returned to ACE Performance Mt Waverley having lost significant muscle in my left leg. Aiden, Deen, and the entire ACE team were incredible throughout my rehab. They created a thorough, structured program that targeted every aspect of my leg strength and movement to rebuild everything I’d lost.
