Starting training with ACE was the best decision I made. Having worked with another performance coaching company for over 3 years before taking an extended break from gymnastics due to injury, the training was poorly delivered, just focused on the weights and numbers achieved each session and no focus on individual needs, Injury Prevention, Movement Patterns or Gait Training.
