I booked online and paid the 169 through a discount shuttle and then they had me pay another 290 at the gate to get out then neither would reimburse me. Fins another r place don't book through them
I experienced constant issues during ticket validation, then got charged crazy amount because I had to leave. No one answered when I used the callbox.
Horrible wouldn't let me leave doing doordash will dispute.
No compassion for delivery drivers whatsoever. $7.00 is a little rich for parking only 20 minutes. I guess the Irvine Company really needs the money.
Very welcoming, staff is very friendly and helpful.
