Horrid. Shuttle at SNA was fine but a few minutes late which is fine—I called the number on the sign at the pickup just to ask if the shuttle was still running and Zach from Ace Parking was ridiculously rude, told me I was wrong and “there’s no way it’s been that long” and then straight up hung up on me. Bitchy attitude and for no reason. Not a good welcome home

horrible management! we went to San Diego Zoo and paid the parking fee according to the Ace parking QR code on site. Received the confirmation of the payment. By the end of the day, we had so much fun from the zoo, back to parking lot and saw a parking notice - citation $52 from ACE Parking for non-payment or not registered! Because of ACE incapable function. We as a customer has to go thru all the hoops and loops to do all the work online and phone calls to try to get rid of the citation. Horrible management. They have people living on the rooftop in a van they have a solar panel out, people with dogs living in the bathroom overnight, horrible place to rent

I just want to say their HR dept is retaliatory, With a 12 yr old mentality. Avoid working here go in house!

Just want to thank the parking enforcement dept for doing their job! Got a lot of stuff taken care of! People breaking parking regulations! Thanks SGV team!
