Would not recommend horrible manager horrible leadership , almost caused a crash , unorganized and treats employees bad no tent no breaks I saw employees with no water
They are so incompetent. My keycard doesn’t open my gate, to let me out. I have work this week, so I need to get out. Called their customer service line and they’ve hung up on me MULTIPLE times. Their website said their main office is open but it isn’t, so I just wasted money ubering around for nothing.
As long as it's a quick trip and you can get your ticket validated it's a good parking garage when the exit terminal isn't broken. But if it's more than a quick trip and you owe extra money be prepared for headaches due to the kiosks and the exit terminal having technical problems when you're trying to pay and exit. The Esplanade offers free valet in the front so use that instead.
