I parked for less than an hour but was charged $52. I was told it was event pricing. There were other people arguing about it too. I thought it might be a scam. You might want to be careful with this parking lot.
Elevator was out and multiple people in the exit line took 4-6 minutes waiting for the machine to accept their credit card. Took us almost 20 minutes to leave the garage
Paid their high rates with the QR code and still got a ticket. ACE parking is criminal!!! Not my job to spend all day on hold with you clowns who don't pick up the phone!
I parked here today for about 90 minutes. I was charged $52! That is literally insane!
