I think the one star reviewer is mistaken or did not see the building concierge at lobby/street level. Immediately around the corner of the building elevators is a SEPARATE elevator for parking garage access. It is as sleek and clean as the regular elevators. I was there yesterday: Garage is convenient—right next to Seattle Art Museum and short walk to Public Market and other shops and restaurants.
