I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the apparent favoritism being shown in the main lobby parking area. ACE PARKING! ACE IS BY FAR THE WORST. It has become increasingly evident that only high-end or expensive vehicles are allowed to remain parked in front of the building, while other cars — including mine — are parked downstairs in the assigned parking spot but previously, I was allowed to park in front of the lobby due to me working very early so when I ask if I can leave it on the main lobby, th... read more
Was stuck for over in hour trying to get out, did not move this entire time. No staff available to help
We parked there for an event it cost us $40 and it took one hour to get out of the parking garage.
