I support Black-owned businesses and believe the doctor is skilled, but my most recent experience at the office was not the best. Nearly three weeks ago, a bracket came off and I immediately contacted the office to have it repaired. I was told the doctor would be out of the office for the next 2- 3 weeks and that no one else was available to assist. All visits were great. Front desk was informative, knowledgeable on the need to know as it relates to what is needed to get you started. My first visit with Dr Lindo was great. We had conversations on the process, what's needed and he answered all the 'why's' on why I would need this VS that. The initial process of getting the braces on was an informational experience he talked while preparing what's needed and putting on. I was comfortable and glad I went here for this process and look forward in seeing this through.

Dr. Lindo and his receptionist are extremely unprofessional. I went here as a teenager, often times with cracked brackets in my braces. He would get so upset with me...as if I wasn't paying for it myself. Once, he even threatened to "beat me up" because he was so frustrated. He and the receptionist shared a good laugh afterwards. I was a kid. Very cowardly. This guy was very unprofessional. I DARE HIM TO CHALLENGE THIS POST MY CONTACT INFORMATION IS STILL THE SAME
