I had Keratin extensions. Incorrect colour was installed. Colour toning was done however the Hair still didn't match and was left patchy bright purple in spots and my previous tone was ruined. More then 10% of the hair installed fell out within the first 9days and continued to fall out each day after. Was given a partial refund but only after advising I had spoken to fair trading and having to spend alot more money to get my hair colored elsewhere to try and get it all to match.
