Never again, I am actually shaking right now I am so pissed. Brought my two little boys in for haircuts, low taper fades...showed photos of what they wanted, my son wanted a line on one side which he didn't get-the women did not know how to fade AT ALL- both boys had obvious lines and steps in their head and neither hair cut came out REMOTELY like the photos I showed. Jessica Ray, this wasn’t just about the front of the haircut—it was the entire thing. The result left the mother mortified. She specifically did not want straight bangs for him, and what you gave her was uneven and nothing close to what was requested. She didn’t ask you to fix it because you clearly couldn’t. She needed to leave something for a more capable stylist to work with. What’s most frustrating is your refusal to acknowledge that this was beyond your skill set.
