Tried to support black business, but this is the issue at 99% of the shops. Poor communication and lack of professional barbers. Make an appointment. No communication of postponement or cancellation. No respect for time. Shop looks good. I just wish the professionalism matched the aesthetic. Best to all, but if you're new, BEWARE!
