New customer, never been here. It was just the older gentleman, Albert I believe. He was ordering a pizza while cutting my hair so that didn't really feel professional. I'm not really happy with the haircut. He was very kind but I guess he's been doing this for so long there's a casual vibe and I feel like as a result my haircut wasn't perfect, i was looking 30 minutes before for barbershops with good reviews. Albert is the best. I was a walk-in client and he took really great care of me. One of the best cuts ive ever had. Highly recommend! Will be coming back every time im in NYC
