Gorm at Ace of Blades is an exceptional craftsman with many years of experience. Upon dropping off my knifes for sharpening I was taken though the process and the provided with a very reasonable quote. My knifes were quite damaged but Gorm made them sharper than when I originally purchased them. I would highly recommend Ace of Blades and I will be going back when my knives require it. Gorm sharpened my blades to within an inch of their lives. Actually, it was difficult even finding someone to take the job. After calling 2 other places, it was only Ace of Blades that acquiesced to the work and a stellar sharpening was the result.
