The person who answered the phone, the manager who gave me a quick estimate, and the plumbers . Newark Plumbing were all outstanding. When they learned I had flowing water for a few days, they came out on a Friday afternoon and provided me with water for the weekend!

The replacement of my water heater by Newark Plumbing was flawless in every way. Easy to request service, prompt call back from a Jeremy who is a local employee, not a national one. Was knowledgeable and accommodating. Quotes were sent to me with no surprises. Worked with me to retrieve a warranty-covered tank. Day of personnel informed me of my arrival. Arrived on schedule. Jeremy was pleasant, secure, and efficient workers. I admired everyone with whom I had contact. Highly recommended despite their cheesy refrain.

Newark Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I hired them. Everyone I interacted with, from the salesperson to the technician, was cordial and competent. I did not have an urgent need, so I was able to choose a convenient time and date, and they accommodated me flawlessly.
