Colin is the bomb. He was my salesman over the phone. i live in South Carolina, so I was nervous about paying for it and letting them ship it . . I was assured throughout the process. The car arrived and it was just like the photos online. I am the proud owner of a unique civic. If you are looking for something unique, check them out!
They’re a scam—they even sell you repair insurance, but if your car turns out to be a lemon, they just say they’ll take it to their shop and stall until they’re no longer liable. Then they tell you to contact the insurance company, only for you to find out the policy doesn't cover the engine. Basically, they sell you a car knowing it’s defective and then wash their hands of the matter, leaving you to fend for yourself with the insurer.
I was looking for a vehicle after selling my Jeep Wrangler. I found Ace Motorworks online and decided to check out their inventory to see if I could find a new replacement vehicle. The selection of vehicles was pretty good and they had some really nice vehicles. I happened to see a Ford Escape that they had in stock, did a test drive, and I really liked. I've been car shopping for two months. Ace had 4 cars that got my attention. Only 3 were still available. They were all nice but a white Caddy SRX was a show stopper. Colin our sales person and my husband took it for a drive. When they got back my husband said this is the one. Colin was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions about the 3 cars. Very upset with this place and how they do business. Colin thinks he is the boss but only made the situation worse. A close friend of mine also had a horrible experience with being sold a lemon. Sales come off as arrogant and cocky, and once they have your money, they don’t pick up or allow you to speak to a superior. RUN
