NOTICE: I'm sad to report that the shop is going out of business as of writing this review. They won't be accepting any more motorcycles in the future. I've interacted with them a total of three times. First two times with a Buell XB12Ss Lightning Long and the third time with a Honda ST1300. My expectations were met or exceeded in every interaction: getting rear turn signals, getting a foot peg replaced, and helping with a rear flat tire. It's sad to see this business go.
