Entered the shop last night with a friend no one greeted us. Was looking for a Christmas present for my husband. Was told the bike I was inquiring of was expensive. Gentleman was not kind or helpful and his response to my question was a flat no about a bike without offering any suggestions or being helpful. My friend and I were both surprised that he was so rude. There was no crowd nor was the store busy in any way.
