Love Dr Nwe but having to wait every time you have an appointment is ridiculous. Front Desk Staff is very unfriendly and does not keep you updated. I actually thought they had forgot I was sitting in waiting room.
I called to reschedule an appointment, the lady got my name and all that then put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold I hung up. Called back only to get the rudest response. Clearly sounded like she was aggravated with having to answer the phone and helping someone. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked why. We'll I told her it was her attitude and wanted to let the manager know why I wouldn't be coming back.
