Been a patient off and on since 2000. I was seen in this office 12/31/2025, and probably will not return. Went in for shortness of breath. Doctor seen my 02 level dropped to 94%, breathing test showed lung function was not where it needed to be. Doctor stated he was going to order a CT scan for same day SAT, since my Xray was clear. Was told after the results he would call with a treatment plan and medication. It’s been 24 hours, still can’t breath, no medication, no CT. And of course no after hours phone service. Love Dr Nwe but having to wait every time you have an appointment is ridiculous. Front Desk Staff is very unfriendly and does not keep you updated. I actually thought they had forgot I was sitting in waiting room.

I called to reschedule an appointment, the lady got my name and all that then put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold I hung up. Called back only to get the rudest response. Clearly sounded like she was aggravated with having to answer the phone and helping someone. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked why. We'll I told her it was her attitude and wanted to let the manager know why I wouldn't be coming back.
