I would give 0 star if I could. They always seem to have at least two receptionists working at a time, but they only answer 2 out of 10 times I call, and those two times take over 30 minutes before they answer. They don’t even respond to voice messages and emails. It’s a mystery how these “receptionists” have kept their job for this long there.
My wife and I started seeing Dr. Andrew Chung in March of 2021. He has been an exceptionally responsive, and sensitive physician. He has helped my wife and I in an exceptionally, competent, professional manner, and has offered us long term successful solutions to all of our medical conditions. The staff, at ACE medical clinic is also exceptionally kind, professional, hard working, and pay close attention to the patients file. Grateful to have Dr. Andrew Chung as my doctor for several years now. Empathetic, kind, mostly thorough, and very knowledgeable.
I'd like to ask corrective action for the reception. A few days ago, when I get there doctor's appointment was cancelled because of his family emergency issue. I understand this sutuation however I didn't get any phone call from the clinic for cancellation. I have to spend 2hr driving with nothing. After get back home, I call the clinic to reschedule the appointment after checking my schedule but phone ringing about 30minutes nobody answer and that time answering is working.
