Was extremely disappointed when the mechanic said he would chase up the warranty information to do the work on my car. He did not do this. On 2 occasions I was told to pay up front and then claim it myself on warranty. Sadly to say, it was not approved. I tried calling the mechanic and he did not respond. Had I known this, I would have gone to the other mechanic that normally does this and I would not had an issue.
Ace Mechanix is the best customer service I've dealt with from a mechanic in YEARS! or at least not from a "family friend" They answered my call straight after they opened, and spoke to me with respect and listened to what I thought the issue was. I felt heard and communicated with. The issue was fixed within 2 hours and picked up the car almost immediately. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone that is in the area. Will be going back for any small or big issue in the future!
