The man who came to see me this morning was very impolite to my partner and charge me $194 for lab only 10 minutes. I understand it is by the hour, but that is unreasonable. When my partner asked how much re-gassing refrigerate gas would cost he said $500. I feel like that is a rip off.
Called up For a job and was asked what I need to be done. I explained what I needed. She asked me where it would be. As soon as I told her my suburb she responded with sorry we don’t have any auto electricians. How does the company not have any workers she was rude and seemed like she just could not be bothered.
Recently moved to Melbourne and used a mobile mechanic service for the first time. I was a bit unsure since my car is from 1976, but I couldn’t be happier with the timely service and great experience provided by Norm — an absolutely talented guy and a top bloke. I definitely recommend Norm and Ace to anyone who finds themselves in a tricky situation with their car. The best in VIC!
