This company is the bottom. My home insurance sent them to me. 3rd time in 5 years they been sent to me and they find the fastest way to not knowing how to fix a clogged drain line. And again after yelling at insurance company sends another company and drain line flows again in 20 minutes of a company who looked and said this is a simple job.
This company has worked on my home twice, they're kind and courteous they kept everything nice and clean they came on time. They were covered under my home service insurance for the first visit. They are fully licensed and are very knowledgeable about what they do. If you would like to hire a reliable, professional plumbing company, Ace Mechanical is the company for you.
This company was sent to me through HomeServe a few months back they came and unclogged a drain in my basement kitchen it was clogged all the way to the main sewer line they cleared the clogged and everything was fine now it's like 6 or 7 months later maybe less and they're here again for a leak coming from the main sewer line and the pipe that they cleaned the clog from the kitchen they sent back word to HomeServe that it was an installation issue and that it wasn't covered under my policy which is not true as the pipe in q... read more
Santiago & Eddie came on time and fixed my leaking kitchen drain pipe and checked basement to ensure it was fixed. They were polite, informative and neat & clean.
Ace was originally dispatched to me through Home Serve. My issue wasn't a covered repair, so I ended up using them anyway. The faucet in my hall bathroom was broken along with my master bath. The plumber that made the repairs was very professional! He cleaned up behind himself and informed me of the process every step of the way. He did a great job!
