Had a leaking pipe that happened suddenly behind kitchen sink. They came out and I asked if they can connect a drain pipe for my washer. Rich arrived and fixed the problem then added my new drain line for the washer with a vent. I am very happy with how well he worked. They were very professional, straight forward, and the work was top notch. Never thought I would show off work a plumber did. I highly recommend! Thank you guys. Will definitely use them in the future.
I needed to replace my failing water heater and the Ace Mechanical staff came to the rescue! My experiences with Liz, Richard and JoAnn were phenomenal. These individuals were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I am very pleased with this company and their work ethic. I highly recommend this company and I thank them for a job well done from start to finish! Hurray!!
Excellent customer service. It was worth the wait, they came during the estimated time window. Both workers very professional, they took over two hours to make sure the line to the house, and the line to the street was clear. They brought a truck with their own water tank. I highly recommend this company. I hope American Water Resources gives priority to this company to service the customers who have service contracts.
This is the worst plumbing company in NJ, the customer service agent have no clue what she's talking about. The company is very unprofessional, no communication. The 3.8 review shows what you're getting into. Find a different company
Terrible service! They damaged a leather couch with their equipment and claimed no knowledge of it.
