We rented a 14 passenger transit van for a family reunion. A trip to Vasecky's Czech bakery and a drive through our old neighborhoods. Very prompt, courteous and professional service and our driver was very personable, we had a great time.
I had a scheduled pick up and they were running late so I called. They told me they were having trouble getting ahold of the driver and that they would call me back. I waited fifteen more minutes then called them again and it just rang endlessly. I tried calling again after another ten minutes with the same result. After that I had to call an Uber so I could get a ride.
TERRIBLE! The driver was 30 mins late. The controller yelled at me instead of professionally explaining and apologizing. Save yourself the abuse and book with someone else.
Great ride from O'Hare airport to W Hotel at downtown Chicago, driver was on-time, vehicle clean, price was just right. Will hire this limo company every time I come to Chicago
