I called Ace leak detection Company for information on excessive water loss in my pool and a possible leak. They sent a technician named Frank to my home. He arrived on time. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and how it was going to be done. He found two leaks and repaired them, also checked all my pool equipment for leaks as well. Terrible company, didn't test fountain in pool, when asked said they were unable of doing that, another company told me how to test fountain, and that's where leak was found, although they charged me the full amount, when finally spoke with owner he told me that should not have happened, and would check and get back to me, after several emails and calls his secretary promised me he would call me, this has been ongoing since first part of Nov, save your money very unprofessional employees and management, at least keep your wo... read more
