Craig came out and charged us $400. He did not identify the leak, but a small issue he recommended we fix. He was supposed to come back inspect the house further, but no showed multiple times then stopped calling back. He pocketed our money and gave nothing in return. I would not recommend using this company. I would very much like my money back.
