Initially contact by email and got a quick reply. Arranged a time for visit and they arrived on time to complete assessment of the problem. Very friendly and explained the process and costs involved. Had to wait for parts but as soon as they arrived arranged date and time to visit to fit the parts. Again arrived on time and fixed the machine quickly explaining what had been done and showing the parts used. Very very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
