our overhead crane went down with a burnt motor break. the crane is critical to daily business loading and unloading. We distribute natural stone slabs. I called friday (immediately after it went down) afternoon when it broke, received a quote monday with a reply it would be 5-7 days. I explained I needed ASAP , I was told it would be 150.00 (which I was fine with) to be shipped same day for next day delivery however by the time I received the information they said it could not go out until tuesday.
