Sent me a set of drill bits as a free trial. Used them once and turned to junk. Now they won’t let me return them. Absolutely terrible people to work with. And garbage products.
These losers wont take no for an answer. Accidently bought a set of drill bits. Didn't realize that purchase came infinite calls to sell more junk. Buyer beware
Got a cold call from their sales team promising a bunch of free promotional items, catalog, gloves, safety glasses, hand cleaner. I figured sure, why not. Then a second call came to "confirm my address" and that's when they slipped in that they'd be throwing in 50 reciprocating blades for $437 that I could "easily return" and just keep the free stuff. Absolute worst experience. I bought a set of drill bits they said had lifetime warranty I have talked to them at least 10 times they say they are mailing the new bits, but I've never received them. Worst part is they harass you with marketing phone calls I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the call list since they provide such a horrible service
Worst company ever they tried to commit fraud and charge my credit card without my consent for an order I didn't ask for and still shipped the product to me after I said no many times (I had purchased things in the past) good thing is I had new credit card then the previous order so it wasn't active now I get harassed to pay I keep telling them pick it up the boxes are sitting in the rain and snow they need to be reboxed and picked up they finally agreed to pay return shipping after half a year and told me to rebox it and Ca... read more
