If I could give less then a 1 star I would. To begin with they lied to my boss about a socket set being good for both metric and imperial and charged him just under 500$ dollars for it then when it got here it didn't even come with a ratchet and it and it had less than 40 sockets in it. Then he also bought a drill bit set that had a lifetime warranty and he wouldn't tell me how much he payed for them so im guessing it was well over 500$. Pleasure to do business with these guys I don’t understand all the negative reviews these guys make my job easier.they ship me my order and I pay when it’s due no more millions of trips to the hardware store.
I can't believe the amount of people who get duped by this company. Today I received a call claiming I was on their mailing list but, they wanted my address to verify it. 🤔They call me at least once a year trying to sell me drill bits and easy outs. I give the pricks the same answer every time. I DON'T BUY JUNK TOOLS.
Justin who called for my boss said it was urgent that he call him back, because it was about tool sales. I told him I would pass the message along and asked for his number, he wasn't happy about that, but gave me #208-457-0056 anyway, said that was his direct line. He was rude and hung up on me before I was finished talking.
Horrible Customer Service. The person I talked on the phone with today was rude and hung up on me while I was still talking to him.
Rude, abusive, and foul-mouthed. After that, it's all down hill. The peddle mostly off-shore junk. Run, Forest, run.
I'm sorry but these people are rude and belligerent! How many times do I have to say no in a conversation? I say to stop calling and to remove my number, but they still call. Very poor customer skills! They use your home area code to get you to think they are a local company!
They will call and if you don't buy something they will cuss at you and hang up. Don't do business with them.
