High pressure sales. Continuing calls af6er you ask them to stop calling, very low quality bits and blades from China. They will also try to tell you that the black widow line is thier own but it is just Lazer etched with a black widow logo from other companies. Like head lamps made by Coast. I have asked several sales managers to stop the calls but they just keep coming. Harassment is an understatement. I would not trust them for anything.
Got cold called told the rep to send a catalog to me so my team could look through and he just said this is a waste of time if ur not the buyer and hung up when I am the buyer for our company and share inventory and info with 14 other locations being the parts manager. don't work with this company clearly no good on the support end !
got a call from a salesman and stated i only needed gloves and safety glasses. said they would throw in a milwaukee sawsall and whole saw kit. i’m like cool free ok. got the invoice and it was over 1k. won’t give me a itemized list of prices. claimed i got blades and i didnt. i still have 50 left from a previous order that i do not sue because they SUCK. won’t accept returns. DOO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Ace industrial supply sales person called me saying they had some stuff on sale which I have purchased items from them before. Which I told them I wasn’t interested in the items they were selling cause they never are on sale. But I was interested to see if they had drill bits in a larger size. Which he said they did.
