This company is great. I'm very glad I went with them. I went with them because I saw another review talking about the company's honesty. And honest they are. They even gave me a copy of the quote and said, "Here, feel free to find a better quote". I called them the next day to move forward with the repair. They were great, wore house shoe coverings, and face masks. Before they worked on the fridge, they explained everything that they were going to look at, work on, and find parts for. My 12 year old built in thermador refrigerator started warming up and stopped freezing , apparently we had to replace compressor , after getting multiple bids , we deside to get the job done by ACE . Repair was done in few days after ordering main component / compressor. We thankd the team for great deal, clean job and most importantly wearing mask during Covid. We do value professionalism.
Our air conditioner started rising temprature I contacted ACE Hvac & Appliance Repair on a Saturday afternoon. They responded immediately and Al came out and he was courteous, wore a mask and gloves (with the Covid exposure concern), and was easy to work with. He quickly identified the problem. He had to order part and came back very next day for repair and we scheduled a quick return to finish the process. Will defenately hire., when needed
My Refrigerator had a cooling problem. I called ACE Hvac & Appliance Repair, they arranged a technician to do a diagnostic next day. Marufjon (MJ) came in the morning. He is a very nice and very patient person. He found the problem quickly, fixed the problem completely and explained his repair detailly. More than that, he called in next day after the job done to follow up and check the status of my refrigerator.
