This weekend was our first stay at an Ace Hotel and it was terrific. Each of the staff we had the occasion to engage was incredibly friendly, professional and always helpful. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The lobby and lobby bar is an amazing gathering spot for not only hotel guests but also local young professionals during the day and evening. We would definitely stay here again and look for Ace Hotels in other cities.

Not worth it. The front desk is always lazy to help. Very poor experience.
