My Husband and I just recently moved into our new Modular Home almost 1 week ago. Ace Homes (Tom Case the owner) have made our dreams come true on owning our very last home! We couldn't be any Happier with the whole process & the final outcome from picking out flooring, cabinetry, countertops, colors for vinyl siding & shingles! They were very nice and patient and not mind taking you through every house there. Ask for Ladi she was great.

My husband and I recently bought a few acres so we started our modular search with ACE homes. We have not purchased from ACE so I can't speak of the quality, price, etc., but I have to say that Tom is VERY helpful. I came into this completely clueless and Tom was very patient and pointed me in the right direction.
