I leased this home with $15 k down asking them to make sure heat and air was in good working condition. We paid $1500 a month. Needless to say the furnace was a 1976 model and died shortly after moving in. It took 3 1/2 months to get heat because the wrong size unit was out in also incorrectly. And then the AC had rust all over the unit and never did work although was told it was fixed. We tried contacting them numerous times with no reply. I purchased a home in November from these people I would not recommend them they do lousy shoddy work to say the least my listing for the home said they put a new roof on it they did not they hired a bunch of homeless people from two blocks over to do all of the work and they paid them slave wages stay away from this company I'm going to have to sue them now to get a new roof not to mention I've had to have all of the electrical check by a licensed company the grout on the kitchen floor is gone so I've had to have my kitchen... read more
My boyfriend contacted them by phone and email regarding a house no call back it's been over a week. Oh well.
