We’ve been working with Ace for over 10 years And we were just put in a hard spot where we needed a complete AC replacement. This was incredibly unfortunate news and certainly a financial burden, but… Rebecca and the on-site technician were incredibly patient and helped us through the realistic options we had. They were amazing. We greatly appreciate their help in this crazy world and we anticipate another 10 years with a brand new unit.
Holy moly—talk about a plumbing disaster! We’ve had a serious issue at home, and honestly, it’s been a total nightmare.
