We used Ace Home Services to clean and treat our roof 2 1/2 years ago right after moving to Eugene. They did an exceptional job. Since we are new to the PNW, they also gave us a clear explanation of the kind of roof care that is needed in this region. We have had them back annually, and this month we had them back again to clear off the unusual amount of debris that the past winter left on our roof. Great outfit. Second year I’ve used them to clean and treat my concrete tile roof. This year I added second story windows. Good decision! Jake and Dylan did a great job. The windows sparkle. The roof and gutters are clean. Fast. Efficient. Competitive pricing. And the clean up afterwards was better than I could have done myself. 2025 - employed Ace a third time for roof maintenance and window cleaning. 5 stars!
We had a great experience with Ace Home Services cleaning the Moss off our roof. They treated the roof, cleaned the gutters and left no mess. Several months later we had a few places that the Moss reappeared. Ace Home Services called and checked if we needed any service they provided. We explained that we had a a few places that Moss had returned. They scheduled an appointment time and came back out and took care of the problem. Highly recommend using Ace Home. Services!
Great work, roof and gutters look great. I just wish they’d put the insulated covers back on the faucets. Otherwise, no complaints.
ACE roof cleaning services is the best. Dylan and his crew were great in every respect, communication, work, time, clean up. They are efficient, thorough, and clean up the yards and decks--better than they found them! I highly recommend them.
