The home inspection document truly speaks for itself - impressively organized with explanations , photos and videos where necessary. ACE’s communication by phone and text are A-1, which I like a lot. I will definitely call for home inspections for all of the VA properties. True pro, comes highly recommended. I have had the same home inspected twice for proof of noncompliance in a court case.

I used Ace Home Inspections/James for both my pre-drywall inspection and my pre-closing inspection for my new build home, and the experience was outstanding. We did our due diligence and searched for competent home inspectors in the area. Ace Home Inspection office is about an hour away from the property and James and his son offered to do the home inspection anyway. They were very professional in their communication, they showed up on time, and were able to deliver a report later the same day. The report was very well written, very detailed and with photos. We would give them six stars if we could. It’s not often you get this kind of service. Highly recommended! Thank you.
